There is a range of strategies that you may find helpful in dealing with mental health disorders.
1) Use self-talk.
2) Think positively.
3) Get more sleep.
4) Initiate positive social contact
6) Seeking professional help if things get too intense.
There are other things that you can do to help deal with mental health, all you have to do is find the activity that helps you. Every person is different and it is not a one size fits all type of situation. For some it could be writing or drawing, listening to music, just make sure you find something that you enjoy.
